Ticket Scan 3.1 Android App

Download and install the official mobile scanning app. Follow the steps below on your Android device.

1) Download

Download Ticket Scan 3.1 (Android APK) Open ACS Web App

Security notice: Only install these APKs if you trust this CSA server and you were instructed to do so by your ticket administrator. Do not install APKs from WhatsApp groups or unknown links.

2) Install Ticket Scan

  1. Open Settings: On your phone, open Settings.
  2. Navigate to Security: Go to Privacy & security (on some devices this may appear as Security).
  3. Allow app installs: Select Install unknown apps.
  4. Select your browser: Choose the app you will use to download the file (typically Chrome or your default browser). Also select My Files.
  5. Enable permission: Enable Allow from this source.
  6. Open the download page: Open your browser and go to https://acs.cricket.co.za/cricket.html.
  7. Download the app: Tap Download Ticket Scan (Android APK).
  8. Open the downloaded file: Once the download completes, tap the file from the notification panel or your Downloads list.
  9. Install the app: Tap Install and wait for the installation to complete.
    • If error: App not installed as package conflicts with an exsisting package
      • Click Done.
      • Uninstall existing Ticket Scan app.
      • Go to My Files app.
      • Select Installation Files and choose Download folder.
      • Tap app-release3.1.apk to reinstall.
  10. Finish installation: Tap Open to launch immediately, or Done to exit.
  11. Launch Ticket Scan: Open the app from your app drawer as Ticket Scan 3.0.
  12. Log in: Obtain a username and password from the ticket administrator for each stadium you require access to.

3) Barcode Validation Application

Download and install the barcode validation tool (Android APK).
